I highly recommend this first class professional. Paul and Panda Blinds did the job we asked them to do. The selection of materials and patterns were fabulous. This is our second house since moving to the North West and we have used Paul on both occasions. The price is reasonable but the quality is exemplary, he is courteous and efficient. All 7 blinds were fitted and working in less than 2 hours, no mess and no fuss. I will be using Paul in the future, thanks for the peace of mind and exceeding our expectations.
